Individual Therapy

Working with a therapist can support you in reducing any unpleasant symptoms or maladaptive patterns you are experiencing and guide you in growing qualities and skills that empower you. I work with adults in a confidential and safe one-on-one setting.

My fee for a 45-minute session is $185. I offer some sliding scale slots on a first come first service basis. Most forms of payment are accepted and if you are looking to receive reimbursement through your insurance provider or other healthcare benefits, we can discuss what your options might be available to you. I am an out-of-network provider, meaning that I do not bill insurance companies directly, yet I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your carrier to see if you are eligible for reimbursement. Since health plans widely vary, it is best for you to contact your insurance provider to find out what your out-of-network benefits are for behavioral health/counseling services.

Please contact me for more information or to schedule a complimentary 20 minute consultation.

Somatic Psychotherapy

Somatic Psychotherapy is a body-oriented way of  working that encourages self exploration to include the body and its natural processes. It honors that our minds and bodies are not separate but make up a whole from which we directly experience life.  By being in our bodies, sensing into how they move and feel, we can form a relationship with ourselves in a deeper way that opens up greater possibilities for growth, supports learning and change, and allows us to directly access to our aliveness.

East-West Psychology

East West Psychology is a philosophy and holistic approach to psychotherapy that integrates a range of psychological and spiritual traditions, theories, and practices to foster self growth on a holistic level. I draw upon a wide diversity of psychologial backgrounds and will bring in these practical tools to help guide you on your path toward well-being.
